"Paws & Pints" at Aeronaut Allston

Saturday May 17th from 5-9:30pm

I have gotten the opportunity to work with Aeronaut's Allston location to host a "Paws and Pints" pop up market!

Aeronaut Allston is a dog friendly outdoor beer garden and we want to celebrate that! Vendors selling products for dogs, artwork of dogs, or any other dog like items will get first priority.

We cannot accept any vendors serving food or drinks at this time. Food Products/ingredients (Ie. Coffee beans, syrups, etc,) are permitted. If you have any questions about this before applying please email: rachel.planningwithascorpio@gmail.com

Under no circumstances will MLMs be accepted nor folks selling copyrighted images without proper licensing.

We will be promoting the event on our social media and Aeronaut will also be reposting our/your content if tagged. We will be relying on vendors as well to promote this market to ensure success for all involved!

The event is free for shoppers to attend. This market will be open to the public but all folks under the age of 21 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

All spaces will be Outdoor 6ft spots with no tent coverage. You will need to provide your own table and the cost is $50.

Please note that there is no WIFI nor electrical outlet access for these vendor spots. Cellular data service is great here and you are welcome to bring your own hotspot if you would prefer. Battery powered lights are recommended for your displays.

If you have any specific requirements (accessibility needs, etc.) please list them below. We are also asking for approximate set up time needed now thanks to vendor feedback!

Applying to this market does not guarantee acceptance. We have limited space available and are looking to ensure we are having a wide array of products for folks to shop. This is a juried event--not first come first serve. Your acceptance will come in the form of an invoice and a separate email directly from me.
