ARTWATER is a registered 501c3 nonprofit founded in 2022 by black queer woman artist, REBDUCE. ARTWATER's first program, the Five Dollar Art Party, has featured 200 artists, musicians, and small businesses, served over 700 guests and have featured muralists who've painted three dozen temporary murals.
