The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival (WPOAF) has been a cherished community tradition for over 55 years. Organized annually by dedicated volunteers with strong support from the City of White Plains, the festival is committed to fostering the arts.

All proceeds from the event go toward scholarships for White Plains High School seniors who exhibit exceptional talent in fine arts and plan to pursue artistic studies in college, making WPOAF the community’s largest sponsor of art scholarships.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Tibbits Park in downtown White Plains, the festival features an eclectic mix of fine arts and crafts, including paintings, photography, ceramics, glasswork, jewelry, textiles, and more. Visitors can explore unique artwork, shop for one-of-a-kind gifts and home décor, and enjoy displays from emerging artists and scholarship recipients.

The event also offers a free children’s arts and crafts table, a selection of unique food vendors, and a raffle where attendees can win an original piece of art donated by talented artists, with all proceeds benefiting the scholarship fund.
