Demonstrating a commitment to ethical sourcing and social responsibility, Each Peach Market became the first small independent grocery store to join the Fair Food Program in 2021. This partnership supports farmworker human rights by ensuring that the produce sold meets rigorous standards for fair labor practices. The program provides enforceable protections for tens of thousands of farmworkers, ensuring their right to work free of violence, discrimination, and sexual assault, while implementing health and safety measures.
